My Spicy Sweet "Energy Tea" Recipe
20 ounces healthy water (filtered, structured, hydrogen-rich electrolyzed water is the best!)
1 Serving Organic Green Tea (Loose leaf, Tea Bag, or Matcha powder)
1 Tablespoon organic,, raw, Apple Cider Vinegar (with the “Mother”)
1 Tablespoon organic fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/16 tsp organic Monk Fruit extract (adjust amount for desired sweetness.)
Pinch of organic ground Cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp organic ground Cinnamon
1/8 tsp organic Chaga Mushroom powder
1/8 tsp organic ground Turmeric root
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool. Drink while warm, or refrigerate and drink as a refreshing iced tea!
